Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees will be applied to returned items.

Valid reasons for return include:

• Damaged products upon arrival (holes, burns, damaged or peeling prints)
• Incorrect size sent
• Lost package

Please note, we do not accept returns for:

• Wrinkled prints (these can be ironed out with proper care): Transfer Print Longevity & Maintenance 
• Incorrect sizes ordered (please double-check all measurements before purchasing)

If a product arrives damaged, contact customer service immediately for a replacement or refund. Once a return is approved, processing and refunding may take 3-5 business days.
