Because our products dispatch directly from dedicated maker workshops to ensure quality, delivery timelines and handling methods vary by item.

1. Processing Times & Delivery Estimates
Order delivery consists of two separate phases:
* **Processing & Fulfillment:** The time needed for workshops to hand-pack or assemble your piece (typically **1 to 5 business days**). Handcrafted, made-to-order, or personalized items may require additional craft time as noted on the product page.
* **Carrier Transit:** The transit duration once the shipping carrier accepts the package (typically **3 to 8 business days** for standard domestic transit).

*Delivery estimates displayed at checkout or on product pages are realistic projections, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, adverse weather, peak holiday volumes, and route adjustments can impact timelines.*

2. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)
Because pieces ship from specialized workshops, **orders containing items from different collections may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers.**
* You will never be charged unexpected additional shipping fees for split packages.
* As each package is dispatched, you will receive an individual email with carrier tracking details.

3. Oversized Furniture & Large Playsets
Large nursery furniture, beds, dressers, and oversized play sets are delivered via specialized ground or freight carriers. 
* Drivers deliver curbside or to the front entrance/threshold of your home. 
* Please inspect the exterior of all crates and cartons before signing delivery slips.

4. Shipping Address Changes & Accuracy
Workshops begin preparing items immediately upon order receipt. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at **kiwikometcustomerservice@gmail.com**. While we will make every effort to update your details, address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
